  2. We call you

Our service team goes over the problem and tells you the trip fee before anything is scheduled.

  3. We come out

A technician diagnoses the system and we go over what it needs.

Common questions

My solar company went out of business. Who services my system now?

We do, if you're in New Jersey, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New Hampshire and Pennsylvania. Request service online or call 732-354-3111, and choose "Another company" when the form asks who installed your system.

Is there a charge?

Visits to systems we didn't install carry a trip fee. Our service team tells you the cost before anything is scheduled.

Is my warranty still good if my installer closed?

Panel, inverter and battery makers usually have their own warranties, separate from the installer's workmanship warranty, so some coverage may remain. Check your contract and the manufacturer. Our 10-year workmanship warranty covers systems we install, not systems another company installed.

What should I have ready?

Your address, what you are seeing and when it started, any error shown on the inverter or monitoring app, and photos if you can take them. Your system paperwork helps if you have it, but you can start without it.

I lease my system or have a PPA. Can you still help?

Call the company you pay first, because it usually owns the system and arranges its service. If you can't reach them, tell us when you request service and we'll work out the next step with you.
